Libby nació en un terreno, cerca de la carretera, donde su madre y su padre vivieron "salvajes" durante años. El problema era que nacían cachorros cada vez, y la mayoría terminaban mal.
Así que con un grupo de rescate, pusimos una jaula trampa, y al segundo intento entró Libby.
La llevaron a Cantalobos, pero no es un buen lugar para ella, incluso cuando su madre se unió a ella unos meses después cuando finalmente la atraparon, Libby permanece muy cerrada y cuando entras en la perrera simplemente se aprieta contra la pared.
Esta semana los voluntarios han dado un paso adelante, los 2 perros han salido corriendo de sus cheniles y han regresado solos. Sin embargo, un santuario o un hogar de acogida con experiencia sería lo mejor para estos 2.
Libby was born on a piece of land, close to the road, where her mother and father were living "wild" for years. The problem was that there were pups being born every time, and most ended up badly.
So with a rescue group, we put up a trap cage, and on the second attempt Libby entered.
She was taken to Cantalobos, but its not a good place for her, enven when her mother joint her a few month later when she finally got caught, Libby remains very shut down an when you enter the kennel she just presses herself to the wall.
This week the volunteers have made a step forward, the 2 dogs have ran outside their kennels and retured by themselves. A sanctuary or an experienced (foster)home would be best for these 2 though.
